Golden Palace is within walking distance to the hotel. Interesting base place for rest.

The hospitality was excellent and anyone would feel comfortable staying here. The breakfast was also very good. It is better value than staying in a large hotel and more friendly.

Welcome was not as warm as it could have been.... Some awkward moments.

The staff were very friendly but not overbearing;the room was big and the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of tea/coffee making equipment; the bathroom was lovely and both rooms were spotless. The breakfast was really good both in taste and size! Nice peaceful location but not that far into Bexhill itself and even nearer to leisure pool and bowling.

It is a very quiet and peaceful B&B. Early morning one can hear the seagulls already starting the day. The owner is a very lovely and most helpfull man. The room I stayed in (one occupent) was clean and the lady taking care of the rooms even filled up the bottle and cooker (that is available in your room) everyday with water. Even though the Bathroom I could use was on the hallway, it was clean and the shower was hot and powerful. Parking on the driveway was a big bonus as more close to the centre one will pay for parking.

The operators were extremely nice and helpful.........everything was extremely clean and fresh better than many 4 Star hotels in the USA......Breakfast was cooked to your request and more than we wanted to eat..Will go back when we visit Bex Hill

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very friendly and informative. Our room was spotlessly clean and was as good as any that we have had when staying in a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was equally impressive. We would highly recommend this b&B.

Everything as they should be in a B&B: cosy, comfortable and with a bit unique flavor. Perfect English home made and fresh breakfast.

Breakfast was good quality - and we are big foodies (my partner is a chef)! We were also made very welcome by friendly family hosts.

I would have liked to have been closer to the beach - but that is my problem for not paying attention to location when I booked. Everything else was great.
